Deb Grischke is a Certified Health & Well-Being Coach and the Founder and CEO of MiWellnessCoach.
With a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a Master of Science in Administration from Michigan State University, Deb brings over a decade of personal coaching experience to K Bella Hair Studio & Spa.
Her career began by empowering School Health Teams to foster a culture of wellness through increased physical activity, healthier food choices, and improved mental health for students and staff. She later joined Michigan State University, where she played a pivotal role in developing the Michigan Nutrition Network.
In 2004, Deb launched her consulting business, focusing on behavior change and well-being initiatives. Over the years, she has collaborated with a wide range of organizations, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, the Michigan Fitness Foundation, and the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services.
Deb is passionate about helping individuals and groups optimize their well-being and live their best lives, making her an invaluable addition to the K Bella team.
